Purpose & Scope

You can use our Booking Page to book an appointment with any of our technicians.

Procedure

  1. On the travel portal, click Bookings in the top menu or go directly to the URL : https://dccpdevportal.powerappsportals.com/en-US/Bookings/
  2. Select the type of service that you want.
  3. In the Calendar, select the day you want to book to.
  4. Fill in your name, contact information and the dates of your appointment.
  5. Click Book.

Additional Comments

Once your booking request, you will receive a follow-up communication from an agent with a confirmation. You can add any notes or additional information by clicking the case from the My Bookings screen.
